Her career began in the IT sector within the health industry, where she developed deep expertise in systems development, data management, and infrastructure frameworks; skills that now translate seamlessly into the world of finance.  

Having worked in senior technical roles across organisations such as eHealth NSW and Sydney West Area Health Service, Noreen built a reputation for reliability, structured thinking, and the ability to manage complex systems with accuracy and care. With a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and membership with the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia (FBAA), she combines industry knowledge with a strong ethical framework and commitment to acting in her clients’ best interests.
