Having spent over a decade working with leading technology organisations in Sydney, Manoj developed deep expertise in systems architecture, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. But alongside his professional journey, he also developed a strong passion for property and finance — recognising the life-changing impact that the right lending guidance can have on individuals and families. That passion ultimately led him into mortgage broking. 

Today, Manoj combines his technical precision and analytical mindset with a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their property ownership and investment goals. His background in interpreting complex data and managing end-to-end projects allows him to approach every lending scenario strategically — identifying solutions tailored to each client’s unique financial position and long-term objectives. 

Manoj holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, is currently pursuing a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, and is also completing a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice. Combined with his qualifications in Business Administration and Information Technology, this broad skill set enables him to bring both structure and insight to the lending process.
