As a qualified Finance and Mortgage Broker, Alexander brings hands-on experience managing loan applications from initial engagement through to submission and resolution. He takes a thorough approach to understanding each client’s financial position, gathering and verifying information, and applying responsible lending and NCCP obligations throughout the lending process. His commitment to compliance and attention to detail ensures that every application is handled with care and professionalism. 

Before moving into mortgage broking, Alexander spent six years working in welfare support, where he built strong, trust-based relationships with clients and their families. Working with people with diverse and complex needs taught him the importance of empathy, patience, confidentiality, and clear communication. These experiences continue to shape the way he works with clients today. 

His professional experience has also developed his ability to manage competing priorities, identify potential risks, interpret policies, and resolve challenges effectively. Whether working with clients, lenders, or Business Development Managers, Alexander values transparent communication and collaborative relationships built on trust. 

Navigating the complex landscape of numerous lenders and many types of mortgage products can be quite overwhelming. However, Alexander takes up the task to carefully research through over 50 lenders and evaluating more than 200 different loan products to pinpoint the most suitable options for you. He prioritises client education, making sure you are fully informed about the available loan products and keeping you updated throughout each step of the process, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone involved. With Alexander’s guidance and expertise, you can confidently navigate the loan landscape, knowing that you are making a well-informed choice that suits your individual financial requirements.
